Founder Chad Hudson oversees every facet of the construction, remodel or renovation process, including managing builders, project supervisors and subcontractors, and updating clients. He has a keen eye for detail and is highly skilled in time allocation, cost control and total quality management. His artistry, energy and passion for building and rehabbing is matched only by his desire for perfection.
Chad has been professionally involved in the real estate market and development field since 2000. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University. While at A&M, Chad was a starting player on two Big XII Championship Baseball teams, as well as the 1999 College World Series team. His experience as a team player has carried over into his professional career, helping him establish strong partnerships with the experts he trusts to ensure your home is built to the highest standards. For the last 18 years Chad has split his time between Hudson Properties (the name of his original real estate development company) and the family business which provided private lending to individuals for car loans. After selling the family business in 2016, Chad now focuses solely on Savoy Companies. Chad seamlessly uses his knowledge and expertise in private lending to assist qualified individuals who are looking to purchase a house or a piece of property.
Perhaps Chad's most valuable team members are his wife, Lindsay, also a Texas A&M graduate, and his two daughters: Breck and Sealy. Lindsay is a practicing attorney serving as Chief Counsel for a privately held financial services company. Both Lindsay and the girls like to help the Savoy Companies’ team with design functionality, material selection and color options.

Jay is a second generation general contractor, learning the business from his father who specialized in new home construction which later grew into several housing projects throughout East Texas. Jay has 30 plus years’ experience in all types of construction but is now focused on project management. His attention to detail, subcontractor performance oversight, and time management are the best in the area. Jay joined Savoy in 2021 when Savoy shifted its focus to the East Texas area. Jay is an East Texas native who has been married to his wife Stacy for 30 years. They have one daughter and have been in Hideaway for many years. Jay is an avid outdoorsman who loves to spend time out on the lake and time with family.
